Born out of a simple but powerful belief: everyone deserves access to safe, quality-built spaces. After volunteering on a local projects , founders Mr. Yoo,and Mr. Ongpauco saw firsthand how construction could uplift entire communities—not just through buildings, but through jobs, pride, and stability.

With a background in both construction and nonprofit work, they have launched Fine Builders Inc. to bridge the gap between professional craftsmanship and social impact. From affordable housing developments to community centers and commercial renovations, every project is designed with purpose and people in mind.

Today, Fine Builders Inc. has created spaces that serve—not just stand. Because when we build for the greater good, everyone rises.

THE PRIME MOVERS


  • President

    As a young child, she witnessed her father grow his business. With her support, the company was established to offer a broader range of construction services to the community. Ms. Yoo came with a strong background in sales and marketing, combined with her education in management, she understands client needs and ensures customer satisfaction while providing high quality standards of services.

  • Vice President

    Began with the deep passion for electronics, Mr. Yoo has more than 40 years of electrical experience in South Korea. He obtained his Master Electrician license in 1998 and has created his own company. Proficient in electrical projects, ranges from residential to heavy industrial construction. Mr. Yoo, closely monitors the construction process with in-depth oversight.


  • General Manager

    With more than 25 years of collective construction industry experience as a project manager, chief engineer, construction consultant and managing his very own company, Mr. Ongpauco has contributed to the overall management of field operations in Fine Builders Inc.


  • Senior Estimator & Mechanical Engineer

    Drawing on years of professional experience across multiple companies in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, Mr. Panlasigui Jr. brings a deep and well-rounded understanding of electromechanical systems across multiple industries. He was part of Pernix Guam, where he played a key role in supervising works at the P109 Hangar at Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB). He oversees the overall project estimation in Fine Builders Inc.
